Elelwani is a filmmaker: writer and director armed with technical skill sets and a strong passion for storytelling, utilizing all mediums possible. Well equipped to tell both nonfiction and fiction stories at the University Of Cape Town’s Film & Media Department, she now focuses on telling and promoting stories that are meaningful, empowering and shedding light to those in the margins of society.
